What is your pricing?

Monday-Thursday $375
Friday $525

Saturday & Sunday $575

*If alcohol will be served the city does require a peace office on site, the fee is $200

What is your capacity?

The Room currently sits up to 72 people along with room for a dance floor, and food, cake and gift tables

How do I secure my date?

To secure your event date we do require a $150 non-refundable payment that is deducted from your total. 

If you book a package the deposit is $300

What is included in the price?

Venue includes:
Farmhouse tables &  black resin chairs, circle metal backdrop (you decorate), gift table, money box, cake table, cake stand, photo stand, gold or silver chargers, 6 options of centerpieces, burlap runners, fabric runners a variety of colors, Bluetooth speaker, patio lights, strobe lights, lifetime tables for your food

Do you offer packages?

Yes we do! Each package is carefully selected for each client. We consult with an array of trusted vendors to create your package. Our vendors range from food catering, to fresh flower arrangements to event planning and everything in between

How much does it cost to hire a vendor through you?

We will gladly get you a quote from the vendor at no

additional charge

Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?

Absolutely, our venue is the perfect venue for intimate gatherings

We require strict dietary restrictions for our menu. Will you still be able to cater our wedding?

Yes we can, we work with

different catering companies and we will get the one that meets your needs

Do you have any items for rent that would complement my event?

Yes we do! We have a variety of items for rent when you book with us. We carry chair sashes, sequence curtains for backdrops, BABY  blocks, LOVE blocks, fabric covers for our circle metal backdrop,  and much more
